Grassy Creek Vineyards is pleased to announce our first ever outdoor yoga session on Sunday, July 11 from 12 – 1 pm. The class will be led by veteran Winston-Salem based instructor Fontaine Gervasi, who will guide participants through 60 minutes of breath and flowing postures guaranteed to wake up the body, mind, and spirit.

The cost is $20 (cash only) upon arrival; no reservations are needed. Please bring your own mat, towel, water, sunscreen etc. Our restrooms are available for changing before or afterwards. *Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine *. A pavilion will be available in case of rain, so plan your day at the winery soon!

We invite you stay afterwards to enjoy live music by Emery Pike, Sean Pike, and Tom Turner from 2-4:30 pm. Emery is a talented singer-songwriter and guitarist from Winston-Salem who will be playing his original songs as well as classic traditional tunes, with help from the always hot harmonica of Tom “T-Bone” Turner.
